In IT support, Samuel found joy not just in solving problems, but in finding smarter ways to solve them, and discovered a genuine love for helping beginners find their footing in the field. What drives Samuel's SOC career is curiosity, about what is happening inside the network and out there in the threat landscape. At HF Bank, Samuel monitors systems, investigates alerts, and researches events to stay one step ahead of attackers. Beyond defending, Samuel is on a mission called "Be Aware": helping everyone understand their security environment, from top management understanding their exposure to employees knowing how to stay safe online.
